           O REITOR DA FUNDAÇÃO UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DO RIO GRANDE, no uso das atribuições que lhe confere a alínea “e”, artigo 19 do Regimento Geral da Universidade e tendo em vista o parecer nº 038/2006 – CPPD,

R E S O L V E:

            Conceder ao servidor JOÃO MORENO POMAR, matrícula SIAPE 408967.3, Incentivo Funcional de 50%, a partir de 10/02/2006, pela obtenção do grau de Doutor em Direito, conferido pela Universidade de Buenos Aires – Argentina.
