O REITOR DA FUNDAÇÃO UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DO RIO GRANDE, no uso de suas atribuições que lhe confere a alínea "e", artigo 19 do Regimento Geral da Universidade,

R E S O L V E:

Art. 1º - Suspender, a partir de 22/04/2004, os efeitos da Portaria 691/2004, de 16/04/2004, tendo em vista que a Comissão de Processo Administrativo Disciplinar ainda não ter conseguido manter contato com o depoente.
